Aspen Ladd started her combat sports journey at age fourteen. As well as BJJ classes, she also trained in boxing, wrestling and kickboxing. She defeated Sijara Ebanks in a unanimous decision. Aspen Ladd competed in her UFC debut against Lina Ladsberg. She dominated Lina with the ground and pound strategy and earned the TKO second-round victory. When she next faced Tonya Evinger at UFC 229, her victory was even more impressive. Ladd took the win in round one and was awarded the performance of the Night Prize. Ladd fought in her debut big fight at her debut fight at the UFC Fight Night dos Anjos Vs. Lee rematch against Sijara Ebanks. The victory of Ladd was a unanimous decision as well as she was awarded the Fight of the Night award went to the two fighters. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie stopped Ladd's winning streak in just 16 seconds. Yana Knitskaya was defeated in UFC 7 ESPN 7's 3rd round, lost to Randamie. In a recent match replacement to UFC, Norma Dumont was her opponent. The decision was made unanimously in her favor.
