Madekwe comes from a mixed-race family from South London in England. She is English but her father was Nigerian. She was born in an estate in South London council estate, as a teenager, she fourteen, she attended The Brit School. It was the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art is where she earned an acting BA. Madekwe was a regular in the drama series of Revenge on ABC for two seasons. It was revealed in May 2013 that she'd quit the show after completing one guest appearance on the very first episode of season three. She played Tituba in the show Salem between 2014 and. Madekwe and her boyfriend who has been with her for a long time, Iddo Goldenberg, were wed in June of 2012. Ashley Leggat was born in Hamilton, Ontario, into an extended family of. She joined her parents, Roy and Patty as well as her four brothers -Rob, Brett, and twins Todd and Bram.
