Dina Born in Forest Hills Queens and raised there. But, she relocated to Dix Hills Long Island before the conclusion of her senior year in high school. She has two younger siblings and an older brother. In the years between nine between the ages of 16 and 19 the first time she was exposed to the business world was when she first began modeling. Ron Stetson taught her the Sanford Meisner acting technique at The Neighborhood Playhouse. Sandra Bullock was among those who were trained to this manner and so were Michael Douglas, Jeff Goldblum Leslie Nielsen and Diane Keaton. Following her move into Los Angeles, she got her first part in Beverly Hills,90210. The first film she appeared in was Johnny Mnemonic. She did all of the stunts in this film, which established her as an athlete actor. She was also represented by Matt LeBlanc, so through her talent agent she managed to get a regular part in the show Friends.
